【The Jury】 Radim Peško _ The jury of 2019 Taiwan International Graphic Design Award2019/6/24

Radim Peško is a designer and typographer. In 2010 he has established his RP Digital Type Foundry that specializes on typefaces that are both formally and conceptually distinctive and which are currently used by many individuals and institutions around the world. He has created a original typefaces for visual identities of museums such as Boijmans Museum in Rotterdam; Eastside Projects in Birmingham; Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam; Aspen Art Museum; Graham Foundation Chicago; Fridericianum in Kassel or Berlin Biennale 8 as well as fashion brand Paco Rabbane, among many others. 2011–2012 he was a chairman of International Biennial of Graphic design in Brno and co-curated two of its editions 26th Brno Biennial 2014 and 27th Brno Biennial 2016. Between 2006–2012 he was a tutor at Gerrit Rietveld Academie Amsterdam and has lectured at many schools worldwide. He currently teaches at Royal College of Art in London and at Master in Typedesign at ECAL in Lausanne. He lives and works in London.




Taiwan International Graphic Design Award contains “Taiwan International Poster Design Award” and “Taiwan International CI Design Award.” Based on regulation of international jury, we invite professional design masters across continents to be our jury group. The jury panel of the past years has come from all over around the world, including the United States, Britain, Japan, Sweden, Belgium, Hong Kong, Australia, France, Denmark and other countries. Selected all the outstanding design works for TiGDA through their professional eyes and our fair selection processes.
